CR TR6 and 2.5PI Mk2 Saloons and Estates

Please note, there are two types of throttle mechanism that use the single linkage rod and the length of the rod is different on each.

Early CR Cars (up to CR5000)

There is a single throttle linkage rod which is 13cm long. The bottom of the rod has a right-hand thread, the top has a brazed flange.
​
The top swivel post has no internal thread and is held in place by a star lock washer. The bottom swivel post has an internal right-hand thread.
Late CR TR’s and MK2 PI cars
There is a single throttle linkage rod which is 19-20cm long. The bottom of the rod has a right-hand thread, the top has a brazed flange.

The top swivel post has no internal thread and is held in place by a star lock washer. The bottom swivel post has an internal right-hand thread.
